Lumi Creative recognise the importance to deliver your production in an effective timeframe. Lumi Creative will use all reasonable efforts in the development of the project to complete and deliver to Client the completed Project no later than Delivery Date specified. This is provided that payment and all requested materials and instructions have been received by Lumi Creative from Client. Any delay in the completion of the Project due to actions or negligence of Client, illness, or circumstances outside the control of Lumi Creative shall alter the delivery date. Lumi Creative will make reasonable effort to notify Client of any delays to the estimated delivery date as soon as possible. Read full production terms here.
